Financial policies

  • All payments can be made through the FACTS system online

  • FACTS determines and charges a management fee based on the payment plan you choose. This is not a fee from Peach City Academy.

    • Full or semester payments $25 per family​

    • Monthly payment plan (10 or 12 month payments) is $55 per family

  • Payments can also be made in person in the school office.​

  • Tuition is an annual charge that we allow families to break into manageable parts.

  • Students who withdraw before the end of a semester are responsible for all tuition, registration, and fees for the remainder of the semester.

  • Records will not be released until the students account is paid in full.

  • Monthly tuition payments are due on the first of each month with a nine-day grace period.

  • Families can choose a 12 month payment plan, a 10-month payment plan, a semester payment plan, or an annual one-time payment.

  • A $30 late fee applies if tuition is not paid in full by the 10th day of the month.
